Barminco, a global leader in underground hard rock mining services, seeks an Underground Grader Operator to maintain safe haul roads and surface areas across Western Australia. You will work with state-of-the-art equipment, following site procedures and safety standards to keep underground operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have underground grader experience, valid HR Driver’s Licence, and relevant mining certifications.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Grader Operator in underground mining.
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
• Valid HR Driver’s Licence and mining certifications.

Responsibilities

• Operate an underground grader to maintain safe, smooth, and well‑drained haul roads.
• Shape and repair road surfaces to support heavy underground mining equipment.
• Identify and report ground, road, and safety hazards.
• Work in accordance with underground safety, ventilation, and site procedures.
• Support efficient traffic flow and safe underground operations.
