Job summary

Redpath Mining is seeking an Underground Grader Operator to maintain safe, efficient underground roadways at Olympic Dam. You will work with a high-performing crew on a world-class operation, with a focus on quality workmanship and safety.

Qualifications

• Underground grader operating experience is required.
• Nationally recognised Grader Ticket/Licence is required.
• Current Manual Driver's Licence is required.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork is essential.

Responsibilities

• Grading declines, levels and other underground service areas.
• Conduct proactive roadway maintenance and repairs.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently per site requirements.
• Perform pre-start inspections and basic equipment servicing.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and promptly report issues.
• Contribute to a strong safety culture and operational excellence.
