Job summary

Barminco is seeking an Agitator Operator for underground concrete operations across Western Australia. You will operate agitator trucks to transport and pour concrete for ground support and infrastructure, while collaborating with mine crews to place concrete safely and accurately.

The role requires previous agitator experience, a valid HR licence, and mining certifications. You will perform pre-start checks, adhere to safety procedures, and contribute to production in a team-driven environment

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating agitator trucks, concrete equipment and/or heavy equipment.
• Strong understanding of underground mining processes and safety standards.
• Valid HR Driver’s Licence and relevant mining certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow detailed mine plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate an underground agitator (Agi) truck to transport and pour concrete.
• Deliver concrete for ground support, slabs, foundations, and infrastructure works.
• Work closely with crews to position and place concrete safely and accurately.
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the Agi unit.
• Follow underground safety, traffic, and ventilation procedures.
