Redpath Mining is seeking an Agi Operator (Trainee) to join the Tropicana site on a FIFO Perth, 14/7 roster, permanent full-time basis. You will operate an agitator truck in underground and surface environments, supporting shotcrete and concrete delivery with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The role involves pre-start checks, adherence to procedures, and active participation in safety meetings, with training and development opportunities provided across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience operating agitator trucks in underground mining environments.
• Ability and willingness to multi-skill across underground mining activities and equipment.
• Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and site procedures.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, handle, and deliver concrete and other materials across underground and surface operations.
• Operate the agitator truck efficiently while following supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to site quality assurance standards and procedures at all times.
• Conduct pre-start inspections, maintain equipment cleanliness, and report faults or damage.
• Complete daily safety and operational reports; participate in toolbox talks and handovers.

About The Role

We are seeking an Agitator Operator to join our mining operations team. Reporting to the Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and productive operation of an Agitator Truck in both underground and surface environments, supporting shotcrete and concrete delivery activities across site.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport, handle, and deliver concrete and other materials across underground and surface operations.
• Operate the agitator truck efficiently while ensuring all tasks are completed safely and in accordance with supervisor instructions.
• Adhere to site quality assurance standards and operational procedures at all times.
• Conduct pre-start inspections, maintain equipment cleanliness, and promptly report any faults, damage, or mechanical issues.
• Complete daily operational and safety reports accurately and actively participate in pre-starts, toolbox talks, shift handovers, and safety meetings.

Qualifications

About You:

• Experience operating agitator trucks, haul trucks, or similar heavy mobile equipment in an underground mining environment.
• Ability and willingness to multi-skill across a range of underground mining activities and equipment.
• Valid Class C Driver's Licence.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and compliance with site procedures.
