Job summary

Barminco, part of the Perenti Group, is seeking an Agitator Operator to support underground concrete placement across Western Australia. You will operate underground agitator trucks, pouring concrete for ground support, slabs and mine development.

Join a safety-driven team, conduct pre-start checks, coordinate with crews, and follow underground procedures. FIFO/DIDO options and ongoing training are available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating agitator trucks or similar heavy equipment underground.
• Strong understanding of underground mining safety standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and follow mine plans.

Responsibilities

• Operate an underground agitator truck to transport and pour concrete.
• Deliver concrete for ground support, slabs, foundations, and infrastructure works.
• Work closely with crews to position and place concrete safely and accurately.
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic maintenance on the Agi unit.
• Follow underground safety, traffic, and ventilation procedures.
