AR Developments in South East Queensland is seeking an Undergraduate Civil Engineer to support civil and landscape construction projects from planning through completion. You’ll work closely with experienced project managers and site teams to gain practical, real-world experience.

This role is a full-time, ongoing opportunity designed to develop your technical and professional skills, with clear pathways into a Project Engineer role after graduation and ongoing mentoring throughout your early

Formación

• Currently studying a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
• Ideally in your 3rd or 4th year of study.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Hold a current Driver Licence.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Enjoy working both in the office and on site.
• Be reliable, motivated and take initiative.

About the Role

As an Undergraduate Civil Engineer, you'll support the successful delivery of civil and landscape construction projects from planning through to completion.

Working alongside experienced industry professionals, you'll gain practical exposure to:

• Civil construction and subdivision projects
• Landscape construction projects
• Project planning and delivery
• Estimating and tender preparation
• Procurement and supplier coordination
• Scheduling and resource planning
• Site supervision and quality control
• Contract administration
• Project reporting and documentation

This is a hands-on role that will provide invaluable industry experience and accelerate your development as a future engineering professional.

About You

We're far more interested in your attitude than your experience.

You may already have some construction or site experience, or you may come from a fast-paced environment such as hospitality, retail, logistics or customer service where you've developed a strong work ethic, resilience and the ability to work under pressure.

What matters most is your willingness to learn and your desire to build a successful career.

• Previous labouring or site-based experience
• White Card
• Exposure to civil construction, landscaping or infrastructure projects
• Experience reading plans and drawings
• Understanding of construction processes
