Responsibilities

• Drive growth - win new service for the branch by securing orders for truck repairs through cold calls, presentations, and smart follow-ups.
• Secure the deal - lock in truck repair orders for core and non-core products.
• Promote PMP agreements - introduce and sell preventive maintenance plans to new customers.
• Negotiate like a pro - craft tailored service and training agreements that deliver value.
• Spot opportunities - upsell support products, truck repairs, batteries sales, rental leads, and training opportunities.
• Keep it moving - process orders quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.
