Job summary

This Lead Consultant role focuses on strategic delivery leadership for workforce management implementations across HR, Timekeeping, Scheduling, and Payroll, ensuring scalable, compliant solutions that align with business goals.

You will mentor senior consultants, review designs, and support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 12–14 years of experience with UKG Pro WFM or Workday.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of HR modules and payroll systems including HCM, Scheduling, Timekeeping, Analytics, Accruals, and related workflows.
• Experience with pay rules, work rules, and holiday management rules.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder-influence capability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and design end-to-end HR architecture (process, organization, technology).
• Align HR operating model with business goals and workforce strategy.
• Design and own HR systems landscape (HCM, WFM, Payroll).
• Ensure scalable, secure, and integrated HR platforms across regions.
• Lead HR digital transformation initiatives (automation, analytics, AI).
• Coordinate multi-environment deployments, testing activities, and release management for business-critical applications.
• Drive automation, code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to Agile delivery practices.
• Collaborate with HR leaders, IT teams, and business stakeholders.
• Act as strategic advisor to leadership on HR transformation.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices.
