Job summary

Hospoworld Resourcing is seeking a General Manager for a busy hospitality operation in Manly, NSW. You will oversee dining, drinks, entertainment and functions, guiding managers and ensuring a consistent guest experience as trade grows.

You will lead across two venues, driving financial outcomes, team structure and stock management while collaborating with chefs and beverage leaders to keep quality high. This is a substantial leadership role within a growing group.

Qualifications

• Experience managing significant turnover and leading managers to deliver financial outcomes.
• Background combining food, beverage and events would be highly relevant.
• Interest in beer and strong understanding of beverage operations; knowledge of NSW licensing requirements is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Give your management team coaching, structure and confidence to run great shifts.
• Use financial results to identify opportunities and translate them into practical actions.
• Keep staffing, purchasing and stock management aligned with business needs.
• Build trade through functions, entertainment and fresh reasons for guests to visit.
• Work with chefs and beverage leaders to maintain quality and consistency.
• Maintain clear communication between venues and group support teams.
• Create a workplace where expectations are clear and good people want to stay.
