Job summary

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing Administration Managers and teams across both sites.
• Establishing clear processes for bookings, admissions, patient administration and billing.
• Strengthening billing accuracy, patient payment collection, debtor follow-up and revenue reconciliation with the Finance Manager.
• Making better use of FYDO and other business systems through sound data, training and practical improvements.
• Improving procedural scheduling and list utilisation in partnership with medical practitioners.
• Providing clear reporting, early escalation and dependable follow-through for the Director/CEO.
