Our Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring our centres run efficiently and deliver high-quality outcomes for patients, practitioners and staff. We are seeking an experienced State Manager to join a fast-paced, multi-site environment.

The Opportunity

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations leader to drive the operational and financial performance of multiple medical centres across Victoria. Reporting to the General Manager, you will:

• Translate national strategy into clear local priorities
• Drive service delivery, business growth, and the adoption of new technology to improve patient interactions and streamline operations
• Build a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce, creating an environment where teams feel supported, valued, and empowered to deliver excellence
• Lead and mentor operational leaders across the state, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and engagement
• With a strong focus on workforce retention, support a large and geographically dispersed workforce, implementing initiatives to build engagement among key personnel while overseeing recruitment, rostering, and resourcing to meet patient demand

About You

Commercially astute and data-driven, you will identify and realise opportunities for operational improvement and value creation, leveraging analytics to inform decision-making.

You will also oversee the adoption of new technologies to streamline processes and enhance the patient journey, while ensuring governance, compliance, and best-practice operational standards are consistently met.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial experience in leading multi-site operations, ideally within healthcare, retail, or other service-focused industries. Proven expertise in people leadership, culture-building, and stakeholder engagement is essential, alongside strong commercial and financial acumen. A collaborative and inspiring leadership style, coupled with the ability to navigate change, will be key to your success in this pivotal role.

This is a full-time role based from our Victorian Medical Centres.
