Job summary

MACG is seeking a passionate Personal Care Worker for a Casual position at Boronia Aged Care in Victoria. You will support residents to live with dignity, independence and choice, working with our experienced care team to deliver high‑quality care.

Personal Care Worker - Boronia Aged Care

We are looking for a passionate Personal Care Worker to join our team on a Casual basis.

About the Role

As a Personal Care Worker, you’ll play an important role in supporting our residents to live with dignity, independence and choice.

Working alongside our experienced care team, you will:

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to our residents
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support residents to maintain their independence and wellbeing
• Build positive and meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Observe and report changes in residents’ health, behaviour or wellbeing
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Follow all relevant care, infection control and workplace health and safety requirements
• Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the wider care team

About You
