Job summary

MACG is seeking a passionate Personal Care Worker for a Casual position at Boronia Aged Care in Victoria. You will support residents to live with dignity, independence and choice, working with our experienced care team to deliver high‑quality care.

Role duties include personal care, daily living support, documentation, and collaboration with nurses. Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support, current Police Check, and Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent is required.
• Police Check and screening requirements

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality, person‑centred care to residents.
• Assist residents with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support residents to maintain independence and wellbeing.
• Build positive relationships with residents and families.
• Observe and report changes in health, behaviour or wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate care documentation.
• Follow care, infection control and WHS requirements.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and the care team.
