Job summary

Cleared Recruitment is seeking Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts to join a growing team and help our clients scope, design, and deliver critical capabilities across ICT and OT environments.

You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support delivery in a consulting setting where priorities shift and project scopes vary. A TSPV clearance and willingness to travel to client sites are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a TSPV clearance.
• Willingness to travel to client sites for project work.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document stakeholders and their needs and drivers.
• Facilitate scoping and business priority setting for changes, engaging stakeholders as required.
• Elicit and author scoping documents, business requirements, system requirements and processes.
• Capture pain points and improvement ideas and obtain buy-in for an improvement plan.
• Participate actively in stakeholder workshops.
• Support business development teams and contribute to client responses.
• Author change-related materials to rollout new capabilities.
• Research potential tools clients may need to meet requirements.
• Work with engineering teams to ensure information is clear.
• Highlight opportunities for business growth and development.
