The GPT Group is one of Australia’s largest property groups, managing $35 billion worth of assets across the country. We shape leading experiences across office, retail, logistics and student accommodation, with a focus on wellbeing, flexibility and opportunity for our people.
We are seeking a Trust Accountant to join our Group Finance (Funds) team. In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day accounting and tax compliance for the GPT Wholesale Shopping Centre Fund (GWSCF) and the GPT Wholesale Office Fund (GWOF). You will also play a key role in statutory financial reporting, liaising with auditors and supporting ad hoc projects. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated accounting professional to contribute to the success of high-quality retail and office portfolios.
You are a detail-oriented accounting professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (or equivalent) and a CA/CPA qualification. With experience in professional services or an accounting-related role, you bring a solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS) and are confident preparing financial statements, tax returns and reconciliations.

You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs and while experience with SAP or HFM would be an advantage, it is not essential.
Property or funds management experience is valued but not required – what matters most is your ability to apply your skills with accuracy, attention to detail and a mindset geared towards continuous improvement.
We welcome applications from First Nations candidates, LGBTQIA+ community members, people living with disability and people of diverse ages, cultures and backgrounds.
