Thiess is seeking experienced Haul Truck Operators to join the Curragh North team in Queensland. You'll operate haul trucks, support production targets and uphold our safety standards in open cut coal mining.

Roster is 7/7 days and nights on 12.25-hour shifts; full-time employment with opportunities for training and career development. A current Standard 11, driver's licence and verified machinery skills are required. Competitive rates and a production bonus apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months' experience operating haul trucks in an open cut coal mining environment.
• Verified machinery skills list (training transcripts/LMS documents) signed by an SSE or delegate.
• Current Standard 11.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• A proactive attitude with the desire to work reliably as part of a team.

As a key member of the Curragh North team, you'll play an important role in supporting safe, efficient mining operations by operating haul trucks and contributing to a productive, safety-focused team environment.

Roster: 7:7 DN | Location: Curragh North, QLD | Employment Type: Full-Time

As the Truck Operator, you will:

• Operate haul trucks safely and efficiently to support production targets.
• Maintain a strong commitment to Thiess' safety culture, procedures, and operational standards.
• Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to deliver safe, reliable, and productive mining operations.
