Mh5 Pty Ltd, a Hertz Australia franchisee on the Sunshine Coast, is hiring a full-time Heavy Rigid (HR) Truck Driver. You will transport and deliver fleet vehicles across our network, ensuring safe, on-time delivery while representing the Hertz brand. Immediate start preferred.

Role involves flexible hours, weekend/overtime as needed, and physical duties such as loading and unloading vehicles from the transporter. A stable, rewarding position with a respected global brand awaits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience driving with an HR licence.
• Full and unrestricted right to work in Australia.
• Reasonable level of physical fitness; able to climb in/out of trucks and load/unload vehicles.

Responsabilités

• Safely transport fleet vehicles between Sunshine Coast locations.
• Load, secure and unload vehicles from the transporter.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report defects or maintenance issues.
• Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle records accurately.
• Communicate professionally with branch staff and team members to coordinate deliveries.

MH5, a proud franchisee of Hertz Australia, is seeking a reliable and motivated Truck Driver to join our team on the Sunshine Coast on a full-time basis. Immediate start available.

About the role

You will be responsible for transporting and delivering vehicles across our network between the Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba Region and Wide Bay. Routes rotate regularly, so the work is varied, with the opportunity to experience some of the most scenic drives in Queensland.

This role also involves representing the Hertz brand and making sure our fleet is delivered safely, efficiently and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Safely transport fleet vehicles between our locations in line with road transport laws and company policies
• Load, secure and unload vehicles from the transporter
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, and report any defects or maintenance issues
• Complete delivery paperwork and vehicle records accurately
• Communicate professionally with branch staff and team members to coordinate deliveries

What we are looking for

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience driving with an HR licence
• Full and unrestricted right to work in Australia
• A reasonable level of physical fitness. The role involves regularly climbing in and out of trucks and vehicles and loading and unloading cars from the transporter throughout the day.
• A friendly, professional attitude, with strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime, if required
• Availability to start immediately
