Job summary

Workpac Group on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an HR Driver for immediate start. You will operate an HR truck for metro deliveries, load materials with a crane, manage documentation, and ensure loads are secured while complying with safety standards.

The role runs Monday to Friday with stable shifts. Candidates must hold an HR truck licence, have reliable transport, and be able to pass pre-employment medical and drug screens.

Qualifications

• HR truck licence required.
• Knowledge of load securing best practices.
• Experience driving HR trucks for metro deliveries is preferred.
• White Card holder.
• Good physical fitness to handle site duties.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate HR truck to complete deliveries around the Sunshine Coast.
• Operate vehicle loading crane to load/unload materials.
• Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
• Ensure loads are secured safely.
• Conduct pre-start inspections and report any defects.
• Follow site and road safety requirements.

HR Drivers Required

• Where: Sunshine Coast
• When: Commencing ASAP
• Duration: 3-6+ months
• Rate: $37-44/hr plus penalties depending on the role
• Hours: Monday to Friday; variable shift times

Requirements
