WorkPac is hiring an HC Driver to support road construction, spray seal and bitumen spraying activities in NSW. The role involves operating HC vehicles, transporting materials, and assisting with operations on site.

You will perform daily checks, work with the crew to meet safety and quality standards, and be prepared for overtime, night shifts, and possible travel. Located in Teralba, NSW, this position offers immediate start and penalties incentives.

Qualifikationen

• HC Licence is essential.
• Dangerous Goods Licence or willingness to obtain.
• Experience in truck driving, ideally in spray seal/bitumen/road construction environments is desirable.
• Construction Induction (White) Card.
• Strong commitment to safety, reliability and teamwork.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, night shifts, and travel or stay away when required.

Aufgaben

• Operate HC vehicles to support spray seal, bitumen spraying and road construction activities.
• Transport materials, equipment and bitumen to and from worksites safely and efficiently.
• Assist with spray seal and asphalt operations on site as required.
• Conduct daily prestart checks and basic maintenance; keep vehicles roadworthy.
• Work closely with crew to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time and to quality standards.
• Adhere to WHS, environmental and traffic management requirements.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions across regional and metro locations.
• Be flexible to work overtime, weekends, night shifts, and travel or stay away from home when required.

About Our Client:

Our client is a leading provider of integrated road construction, surfacing and maintenance solutions across Australia. With a strong reputation for safety, innovation and delivery excellence, involved in major infrastructure projects ranging from highways and arterial roads to local council and commercial works.

Roster:

Monday to Friday 7am 4pm (some night work)

What you will be doing:

• Operating HC vehicles to support spray seal, bitumen spraying and road construction activities
• Transporting materials, equipment and bitumen to and from worksites safely and efficiently
• Assisting with spray seal and asphalt operations as required on site
• Conducting daily prestart checks, basic maintenance and ensuring vehicles are kept in a safe, roadworthy condition
• Working closely with crew members to ensure jobs are completed safely, on time and to quality standards
• Adhering to all WHS, environmental and traffic management requirements
• Working outdoors in varying weather conditions across regional and metro locations
• Being flexible to work overtime, weekends, night shifts, and travel or stay away from home when required

What you will need:

• HR or HC Licence (essential)
• Dangerous Goods Licence or willingness to obtain
• Experience in truck driving, ideally within spray seal, bitumen spraying or road construction environments (desirable)
• Construction Induction (White) Card
