Job summary

WorkPac is seeking a Spray Seal Operator in Warrnambool, VIC, for immediate start and ongoing road maintenance projects across various sites. You will operate HR trucks, assist with spray sealing, transport materials, and perform pre-start checks.

The role requires staying away from home when projects demand it, and adherence to safety and traffic management protocols. Candidates must hold a current HR licence, have experience with HR trucks, and be committed to safe, team-based field work.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current HR driver's licence.
• Willing and available to work away from home.
• Previous spray sealing or road maintenance experience.
• Experience operating HR trucks.
• Roller ticket and experience would be highly regarded.
• Strong commitment to safety.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transport and a strong work history.

• Operating HR trucks in support of spray sealing and road maintenance works.
• Assisting with spray sealing operations and road construction activities.
• Transporting materials, equipment and products to and from worksites.
• Completing pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is operated safely.
• Assisting with general labouring and road maintenance duties as required.

• Following all site safety procedures and traffic management requirements.
