Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator - Driver based at our Horsley Park site. You will work across warehousing operations including deliveries, trade store activities, customer service, and general warehouse duties.

The role requires MR licence, forklift licence or willingness to obtain, ability to pass pre-employment medical, and compliance with health and safety standards. You will be part of a team committed to service excellence and operational efficiency.

• General warehouse duties & housekeeping
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries

• Located in or near Horsley Park.
• Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable
• Ability to work from the Horsley Park site full time – (Mon-Fri 6am-3pm)

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator - Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties

Some tasks as part of this role include:

• Safely transporting goods to designated locations
• Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork
• Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management
• General warehouse duties & house keeping
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
