Job summary

Knauf Australia is seeking a Customer Service Operator - Driver to join the Sale site on a full-time basis, Mon-Fri 7am-3pm with some overtime. You will work across warehousing activities including deliveries by truck, trade store operations, customer service and general warehouse duties.

The role requires MR licence, forklift licence or willingness to obtain, a valid Police Check, and full Australian working rights.

Qualifications

• Prior experience within a warehousing environment is highly desirable.
• MR licence is essential.
• Valid Police Check.
• Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
• Fit and willing to undertake manual handling.
• Successful completion of pre-employment medical.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport plasterboard and other goods to residential and commercial locations.
• Load and unload items with proper handling to prevent damage.
• Maintain delivery records and complete paperwork.
• Maintain equipment and report faults to management.
• General warehouse duties and housekeeping.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Operator - Driver, you will have the responsibility for working across all aspects of a warehousing environment including undertaking deliveries via truck, trade store operations, customer service, warehousing and general duties

Some tasks as part of this role include:

Safely transporting plasterboard and other goods to both residential and commercial locations

Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage

Maintain accurate delivery records and complete necessary paperwork

Maintain operational equipment and report any faults or damage to management

General warehouse duties & house keeping

Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries
