• Identify opportunities to automate treasury processes from manual to automated systems.
• Implement treasury frameworks, policies and governance across complex organisations.
• Optimise investment portfolios and advise on deployment of surplus funds within governance.
• Produce clear treasury reporting for executive and strategic decision-making.
