Vell group, an expanding fintech in Australia, seeks a Treasury & Financial Services Manager to lead treasury activities, oversee payments operations, and ensure regulatory compliance across the organisation.

You will manage liquidity across accounts and partners, monitor FX exposure, develop treasury controls, and collaborate with product, operations and technology to support scalable financial services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in treasury, payments, financial services operations, or fintech.
• Strong understanding of foreign exchange and cross-border payment processes.
• Familiarity with Australian financial services regulatory frameworks.
• Experience managing liquidity, settlement, or treasury operations.
• Strong analytical and risk management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced fintech environment.

As we expand our financial services operations, we are seeking a Treasury & Financial Services Manager who will be responsible for managing treasury activities, overseeing financial services operations, and supporting regulatory compliance across the organisation.
