Firmus Technologies, Sydney-based, seeks a Senior Treasury Specialist to lead treasury operations across debt facilities, hedging, cash management, and intercompany funding for a fast-growing AI infrastructure business.

You will design scalable treasury processes, implement a treasury management system, and work with finance, legal, and banks to ensure accuracy, control and timely reporting. The role combines technical treasury knowledge with hands-on execution in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in treasury operations, corporate treasury or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of debt facilities, cash management, FX, covenants, and reporting.
• Experience with treasury systems, ERP platforms, and bank relationships.

Responsabilités

• Oversee debt facilities: terms, compliance, covenant reporting, and cash movements.
• Manage cash, liquidity planning, reporting, and short-term investments.
• Lead FX hedging, settlements, hedge accounting support and valuations.
• Coordinate bank guarantees, filings, and related fees.
• Prepare monthly treasury reporting, controls, and cross-entity funding.
• Drive treasury systems implementation and automation, including NetSuite integrations.
