Job summary

You will map processes, analyse data flows, support agile initiatives and help teams prepare for change across multiple projects, driving continuous improvement and data‑driven decision making in a fast paced

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Understanding of agile ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across product, credit, finance, technology, data, risk and financial management functions
• Assess the business and operational impact of proposed changes
• Gather, analyse and translate requirements into clear, practical deliverables
• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
• Map processes and understand data flows to support change initiatives
• Support solutions that improve ways of working
• Help teams prepare for change across multiple projects
