Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Treasury function of a global financial services group. The role involves working across product, credit, finance, technology, data, risk and financial management to assess impact, translate requirements into practical deliverables and help teams prepare for change.

You will support transformation initiatives across multiple projects, map processes, analyse data flows and contribute to continuous improvement and data-driven

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience with business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Experience with process mapping and data flows.
• Understanding of agile ways of working.
• Strong attention to detail and adaptability.
• A proactive and collaborative approach.
• Experience supporting regulatory change will be viewed favourably.

Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders across product, credit, finance, technology, data, risk and financial management functions.
