Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a pragmatic Business Analyst to support the Treasury function of a global financial services group in Sydney. You will translate business needs into practical outcomes, assess change impacts and collaborate with product, technology and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years BA experience in banking or financial services.
• Experience working with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability.
• Understanding of agile ways of working.

Job description

We are recruiting a Business Analyst to support the Treasury function of a global financial services group. The team manages activities including funding, liquidity, interest rate risk management, capital, provisioning and regulatory reporting.

Working across business and technical teams, you will assess the impact of proposed changes, translate requirements into practical outcomes and identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. You will support transformation initiatives across multiple projects and help teams prepare for and implement change.

Key responsibilities

• Strong attention to detail and adaptability
• A proactive and collaborative approach
