Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Functional Lead in Sydney to act as the primary functional bridge between client stakeholders and the OOSD platform vendor. You will own the end-to-end functional workstream from requirements through cutover, applying domain knowledge to ensure credible and accurate delivery from day one.

You will lead engagement across travel retailing domains, translate business intent into detailed designs, conduct gap analyses, and drive decisions with business and vendor stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expert proficiency in Application Architecture Design.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in relevant related skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of studies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with business stakeholders across retailing, pricing, distribution and operations to elicit functional requirements.
• Translate business intent into detailed process designs and user stories for the delivery team and platform vendor.
• Conduct gap analysis between client requirements and platform capabilities; define options and drive decisions.
• Plan and manage functional cutover, parallel run sequencing, and business readiness checkpoints.
• Produce and maintain core functional artefacts such as process designs, specifications and cutover run books.
