Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Functional Lead for a major travel retailing transformation program based in Sydney. You will bridge clients’ stakeholders, the OOSD vendor, and the broader delivery team, owning end-to-end functional work from requirements through cutover.

You bring deep domain knowledge in fares, pricing, distribution, and ticketing, along with experience with PSS platforms and IATA One Order/NDC standards.

Qualifications

• You have deep operations knowledge across fares, pricing, distribution, interline and ticketing.
• You have direct experience with PSS platforms and IATA One Order/NDC standards.
• You have produced requirements documentation and fit-gap analysis in formal programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement with client stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional requirements.
• Translate business intent into detailed process designs and user stories for delivery teams.
• Plan and manage the functional cutover, including readiness checkpoints and transition to new Offer and Order model.
