Journey Beyond in Adelaide is seeking a Sales Support Co-ordinator to assist the Business Development team in driving revenue growth across all brands. The role is based in our modern head office in Adelaide, offering exposure to a busy travel industry environment.

You will provide administrative and operational support, prepare sales materials, manage the trade inbox, coordinate events, and represent the company at industry functions, while liaising with internal teams to advance sales

Qualifications

• Experience using CRM and content management systems.
• Knowledge of trade distribution channels and travel industry sales practices.
• Ability to build relationships and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development Team.
• Prepare and distribute sales materials, presentations, and documentation.
• Manage the trade inbox and coordinate timely responses to enquiries.
• Coordinate trade and consumer event administration and logistics.
• Represent Journey Beyond at events, familiarisations, and industry functions.
• Liaise with internal teams to support sales initiatives.
• Develop and distribute campaign advice, trade resources, and promotional updates.
