Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, is seeking a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our Fremantle-based team on a permanent full-time basis.

You will support the Marketing team across campaigns, content, CRM and stakeholder engagement for Rottnest Express, Horizontal Falls Seaplane Adventures, Exmouth Dive & Whalesharks Ningaloo, Captain Cook Cruises and the wider Journey Beyond group.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, tourism or similar coordination role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience with CRM, CMS, social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Creative and analytical thinker with problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate sales and marketing activity, including campaigns.
• Develop content for social channels and manage communities.
• Support stakeholder relationships.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
• Conduct competitor and market research.
• Collaborate on events, sponsorship activations, and industry engagements.
