Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English required.

Provide consultation services for overseas travel products through multiple channels including phone and internet, accompanying clients in planning their dream holidays. Customize itineraries based on client needs, arranging accommodation, transportation, meals, and tickets. Handle order processing and group travel operations with attention to detail. Provide warm after-sales service, maintain client relationships, and promptly assist with travel-related matters. Support airport transfers and tour services as needed, with opportunities to participate in tour operations.
