AA Appointments in Sydney is seeking an organised tourism professional to design and cost customised group itineraries and manage bookings with hotels, transport and airlines. Responsibilities

• Design and cost customised group itineraries.

• Manage group operations and provide support while travellers are on tour.
• Proactively resolve issues and coordinate solutions when challenges arise.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners.
• Deliver outstanding service and meticulous attention to every journey.
• Assist in leading and supporting the groups team.

Working with trusted tourism partners, you'll coordinate every stage of a group's journey—from planning and pricing through to on-the-ground support—ensuring a seamless and memorable experience from start to finish.

THE ROLE

• Design and cost customised group itineraries
• Coordinate bookings and arrangements with hotels, transport providers, airlines, rail operators, and other tourism suppliers
• Manage group operations and provide support while clients are travelling
• Proactively resolve operational issues and find solutions when challenges arise
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and industry partners
• Deliver outstanding service and attention to detail at every stage of the customer journey
• Assist in leading and supporting the groups team

THE MUST HAVES

• You’ll be a highly organised and motivated tourism professional who enjoys taking ownership of your work and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Previous group travel operations or MICE experience
• Strong domestic destination product knowledge
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A genuine commitment to customer service excellence
