Job summary

ANZCRO on the Gold Coast is seeking an experienced travel advisor to handle inbound enquiries from global travel professionals, specializing in premium itineraries across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific.

You will design luxury experiences, coordinate documents, and nurture advisor relationships in a fast-paced, supportive team environment. Applicants should bring active experience in luxury travel, excellent communication, and a calm, professional approach. Weekend rosters apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands (essential)
• Experience with premium, luxury or tailor-made travel (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of high-end accommodation, lodges and experiences

Job description

You'll take inbound enquiries from travel advisors from around the globe and look after each one from first call to final document. Your focus will be premium and luxury itineraries: boutique lodges, five-star hotels, private touring, exclusive experiences and the small touches that make a trip special.

About you

• Proven experience selling New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands (essential)
• Experience with premium, luxury or tailor-made travel (highly regarded)
• Strong knowledge of high-end accommodation, lodges and experiences
• Excellent communication skills, and a polished phone manner for inbound enquiries
• Strong attention to detail
• Sabre and airfare knowledge (preferred)
• Inbound call-centre or reservations experience (preferred)
• The ability to stay calm and professional under pressure
• Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
• At least 2 years of travel industry experience
• Tuesday to Saturday roster, with Sunday and Monday off
