Job summary

RAA Travel is seeking a Travel Accounts Officer in Adelaide CBD to keep accounting for travel services accurate and timely, using Tramada and Finance One. The 0.6 FTE, 12-month maximum position offers a supportive team and opportunities to improve workflows.

You will reconcile statements, process payments, and contribute to month-end and GST reporting while collaborating with travel consultants and finance teams in a high-performing culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Numeracy, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Intermediate Excel with lookups and pivot tables.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile bank statements and airline statements.
• Process supplier payments and daily settlements.
• Complete month-end, year-end and GST reporting.
• Investigate variances and support training.
