Job summary

Converge International is seeking trauma management specialists to support a national response team in ACT. The role blends assessment with onsite and phone-based interventions for clients across government and corporate sectors.

You will work in a fast-paced environment providing Psychological First Aid, crisis support and consultancy services, with flexible working arrangements and access to ongoing clinical supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in psychosocial interventions, support and counselling.
• 3-5 years trauma management or consultancy experience desirable; Psychological First Aid training.
• Tertiary behavioural sciences qualification and professional registration required.
• Current driver’s licence and own vehicle are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Critical Incident Response Services (emergency, planned support, disaster response).
• Inform organisations of themes and recommendations; contribute to process improvements.
• Deliver Employee Counselling, Training and Consulting Services where appropriate.
