Job summary

MASP in Mildura, Victoria, is seeking a full-time Better Futures Support Worker to assist young people aged 15 years 9 months to 21 years who are transitioning from OOHC or Kinship Care, or who need post-care support.

The role offers brokerage, post-care support, and help with accommodation, education, training, employment, life skills and community or cultural connections; the starting salary is $82,415.00 per year plus superannuation, with salary packaging options available.

Qualifications

• Essential qualification and experience aligned to trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of OOHC, Child Protection and Youth Justice systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
