Job summary

MASP in Mildura, Victoria, is seeking a Residential Care Case Manager to join the Residential Services team. The role focuses on case management support for young people in residential care and collaboration with families, staff and external agencies.

You will oversee care plans, coordinate with DFFH, and lead the Lead Tenant Program while promoting trauma-informed practice and a client-centred approach. Employment is subject to safeguarding checks and relevant screenings.

Qualifications

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Services, Social Science, or other relevant tertiary studies.
  • Demonstrated experience in case management with young people, families and complex support needs.
  • Strong knowledge of trauma-informed practice, child protection frameworks and Best Interests case planning.
  • Understanding of the needs of adolescents and young people with experiences of trauma, out-of-home care and child protection involvement.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to MASP's values and client-centred approach

Remuneration

Expected commencing salary of $95,057.01 per annumplus statutory superannuation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
