Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist young people in our Therapeutic Supported Independent Living role model and reinforce positive behaviour.
• Contribute to development, implementation and review of individual case plans.
• Assist with life skills, safety, and engagement activities for young people.
• Participate in team meetings and ensure services meet the needs of residents.
