VACCA invites applications for a Senior Case Manager based in Morwell. You will deliver trauma-informed, holistic case management for Aboriginal young people at bail and through court processes, helping complex cases access culturally strengthening care and timely referrals.

You will also mentor new staff and support the team leader in onboarding. The role requires understanding of Aboriginal cultures, strong stakeholder communication, and experience in youth-focused services.

Qualifications

• Experience in case management with young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people or vulnerable groups.
• Ability to communicate clearly with a range of stakeholders including staff, government departments and police.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed therapeutic case management for Aboriginal young people at bail and until court hearings.
• Support the team leader with onboarding and mentoring new staff.
• Refer and connect young people to social, emotional wellbeing, health, education and employment pathways.
