The Case Managers will provide trauma-informed, holistic therapeutic case management for Aboriginal young people at the time of bail and until court hearings. Provide post-bail support that will include access to culturally strengthening care and support to meet the young people’s immediate needs, including referrals to support social emotional wellbeing, health, education and employment pathways. Specialized training will be provided.
