VACCA invites applications for a Senior Case Manager based in Morwell. You will deliver trauma-informed, holistic case management for Aboriginal young people at bail and through court processes, helping complex cases access culturally strengthening care and timely referrals.
You will also mentor new staff and support the team leader in onboarding. The role requires understanding of Aboriginal cultures, strong stakeholder communication, and experience in youth-focused services.

Senior Case Managers will provide trauma-informed, holistic therapeutic case management for Aboriginal young people at the time of bail and until court hearings. The Senior Case Manager will support young people with more complex needs and provide support to the team leader in onboarding and mentoring new staff. Post bail support includes access to culturally strengthening care and support to meet the young people’s immediate needs, including referrals to support social emotional wellbeing, health, education and employment pathways. Specialised training will be provided.
