Job summary

Anglicare NT is seeking a Case Manager for a 12-month contract to work with young people to identify strengths, overcome barriers, and access safe, sustainable accommodation. Using a trauma-informed and culturally safe approach, you will deliver intensive case management, advocacy, outreach, referrals and practical support to empower positive outcomes.

Candidates will have a qualification in Human Services or Social Sciences and experience with vulnerable youth, plus knowledge of youth

Qualifications

• A qualification in Human Services or Social Sciences is required.
• Experience working with vulnerable or high-risk young people.
• Strong knowledge of youth homelessness and related systems.
• Commitment to culturally safe and inclusive practice with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Responsibilities

• Identify strengths and barriers to help young people access safe accommodation.
• Provide intensive case management, advocacy, and outreach.
• Coordinate referrals and practical support to empower positive outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
