Key Assets Australia is seeking a Case Manager in our Complex Care service to lead a region-based team of Youth Workers, delivering person-centred, trauma-informed in-home support.

You will work with regional managers to ensure cultural safety remains central in practice, maintain accurate case notes, and coordinate tailored interventions that meet the needs of children and young people. This is a permanent full-time role with hybrid working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Leadership and supervision of frontline Youth Workers.
• Accurate and timely documentation of records, case plans, progress reports and incidents.
• Values-driven approach with cultural safety at the centre of practice.
• Experience with children/young people with complex or challenging behaviours using trauma-informed methods.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience in a related field.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate a region-based team of Youth Workers to deliver trauma-informed, in-home support.
• Lead the placement-specific delivery of person-centred interventions for children and young people.
• Ensure cultural safety remains central to all practice and collaboration with Therapeutic Specialists.
• Support regional Team Manager and Operations Manager to meet service outcomes.
