Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment in Sydney is seeking an Intensive Support Case Worker for a Regional NT contract to support Indigenous youth. You will work directly with young people and families to enhance safety, wellbeing and positive development.

You will develop culturally responsive support plans, provide advocacy, coordinate services with community agencies, and promote educational and health outcomes while ensuring compliance with legislation and policies.

Formación

• Diploma or higher in Child, Family and Youth Interventions or equivalent.
• Experience in Aboriginal community health or welfare services with cultural competency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and case management skills.
• Knowledge of youth-focused service delivery and relevant legislation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems.

Make a real difference in the lives of Indigenous youthas a Children and Families Intensive Support Case Manager in the Northern Territory.

On Offer

• $68-75 per hour including casual loading
• 3 month assignment - full time hours, with a view to extend
• Flights / travel covered from anywhere in Australia

The role

As an Intensive Support Case Worker – Youth, you will engage directly with young people and their families to support safety, well-being, and positive development. You’ll develop culturally responsive support plans, provide advocacy, and work collaboratively with community agencies.

Your role involves case management, coordinating services, and promoting educational and health-related outcomes. You will be instrumental in sustaining respectful networks and contributing to continuous improvement in service delivery while maintaining compliance with relevant legislation and policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Child, Family and Youth Interventions, Community Services, Counselling, or equivalent
• Experience in Aboriginal community health or welfare services with cultural competency
• Well-developed communication, interpersonal, and case management skills
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and youth-focused service delivery
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and client information systems
• Current NT driver’s licence and ability to obtain Working with Children Check (Ochre Card)
