Qualifications

• Diploma (or working towards) in community, youth, or social work.
• Proven case management and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed and therapeutic care practices.
• Strong documentation and compliance capability.
• Current driver's licence and probity clearances.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review case plans to meet therapeutic and cultural goals.
• Coach and support staff to embed strategies in daily care.
• Engage with families, carers, and agencies to align goals.
