Job summary

Lifestyle Solutions Tamworth is seeking a Trauma-Informed Case Worker & Frontline Coach to support children and young people in Out-of-Home Care. The role splits 18 hours per week with frontline staff in homes and 20 hours per week on case work, planning, documentation and stakeholder engagement.

You will drive trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while ensuring compliance with standards and legislation, building positive outcomes and a resilient care environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children and young people in out-of-home care.
• Ability to perform case management and planning duties.
• Capability to engage with stakeholders and document work transparently.

Responsibilities

• Drive trauma-informed, culturally safe practices while ensuring compliance with standards and legislation.
• Support children and young people in care through direct case work and frontline coaching.
• Collaborate with carers, agencies and families to achieve positive outcomes.
