Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years post-graduation experience.
• Current registration with the professional peak body relevant to their qualification (e.g., AHPRA, AASW).
• Experience with children and young people experiencing complex trauma and child protection contexts.
• Demonstrated ability to support staff in addressing trauma and outcomes for young people.

Responsabilidades

• Assess needs of children and young people and collaborate with internal services and external agencies.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions including development and implementation of Treatment Plans and various care placements.
• Provide trauma-informed supervision, training, support and consultation to staff, carers and volunteers.
• Work with allied health to stay at the forefront of evidence-based practice.
