Job summary

Marist180 is seeking a House Manager for Western Sydney to oversee residential operations, staff rostering, budgeting and program delivery for young people in care.

You will lead a trauma-informed team, coordinate recruitment, training, budgeting, and work with therapists and caseworkers to support safe, stable accommodation and positive outcomes. The role requires a Diploma in a relevant field, First Aid, working with children checks, and Australian work eligibility.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Community Services or related field.
• Trauma-informed practices knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee rostering, leave, performance management and budgets.
• Promote safe and stable accommodation and support staff training.
• Lead performance management activities with staff in consultation with HR.
• Support assessment needs of young people and coordinate with external agencies.
• Coordinate recruitment process, shortlisting, interviewing and checks.
